Weston is located in Windsor County, Vermont.  It is surrounded by the Green Mountains.  The entire village is registered on the National Register of Historic Places.

Weston is home to the Museums of Weston which includes the 18th Century Farrar-Mansur House, the Old Mill and the Crafts Building.  It is also home to the Weston Playhouse Theatre Company, the Opera Theatre of Weston.

The town also includes many shops, inns, motels, bed-and-breakfasts, art galleries, a country store and a cheese emporium.  The town also offers many outdoor recreational opportunities including bicycling, hiking, swimming, fishing, golfing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice skating and sledding.

Weston Vermont was home to 630 residents, as of the 2000 U.S. Census.  This included 174 families and 283 households.  The average family size was 2.71 and the average household size was 2.16.
